Maximum support and service provision for all Family Office needs, working with your existing family legal and finance advisors. Equivalent to having a senior executive and 1-3 associates continuously available for a specific period. Recommended for Family Office start-ups or for comprehensive transformation work across many fronts.

Mentored Leadership

Quarter-time Executive Engagement


Family leadership support and mentorship by a Finley executive, concentrating on leadership, skills transfer, decision support and team capacity building.

Collaborative Family Office Development

Half-time Team Engagement


Using Finley & Associates tools and analytic frameworks, our team members will collaborate with and support the Family Office management and family members to evolve strategies and implement projects. Budgetary range: half-time access to senior executives and/or consultant analyst, as project needs dictate.

Task Team Mentorship

Quarter-time Senior Associate Engagement


Finley & Associates leads and mentors Family Office management through provision of templates, guidelines and oversight. Budgetary range: access to senior executive or consultant analyst, as project needs dictate, 1.25 days per week.
